Important Information for Degree Owners

As a part of our digital transformation initiative, all students from 2020 onwards will receive digital copies of their degree/diploma and transcripts.

These records are Blockchain Anchored making them tamperproof and time-stamped and issued with open standards. These are acceptable the world over.

Some key points to remember:

One-Click Verification on Blockchain

  • Your future employer can verify them instantly online on our website. This will make their hiring decision quick and fast instead of routine 2-4 weeks verification through HR.

Easily Shareable

  • You can share them over email with anyone whom you need to. Future Employer, Government Authority, Higher Education Institute etc
  • Post them on social media, LinkedIn, FB, Insta, Twitter.

Trusted Documents

  • These are blockchain anchored to make it secure, tamper-proof and time-stamped

Lifetime Record management

  • You can store these records safely anywhere and share them with your future employers or any other authorities that you would need to.

How will you receive your Digital Degree

You will receive emails from MIT World Peace University on your institute official mail IDs at the appropriate time with your digital records in attachment.

Records Formats

You will receive your record in two formats.

  • PDF – Store it anywhere permanently for your records for seeing and sharing with anyone. The PDF will also have a verification link. The receiver can click it for instant verification.
  • .json file – It’s the techie version of your record. Store in along with your PDF. DO NOT edit this file ever as it will stop working. This can be directly uploaded on MIT-WPU Verification page and also any independent verification platform like blockcerts.org, certonce.com

How to save it

Your records have a lifetime value. You should save all the records in safe storage somewhere.

What about the paper copy

You can also take a colour print out of your degree as an authorized owner of your degree for framing and display purposes
